Data Storage and Processing: Visio-Arc

The Visio-Arc software solution stores truck drivers' smart card data and the memory of electronic tachographs. Microprocessor cards are read by the TAK-reader unit and the data collected from the cards or download keys are transferred to the desktop.

The Visio-Arc software solution offers a set of tools to analyze and manage the tachograph data:

• sorting lists of drivers and vehicles on an attribute;
• presetting data download schedules;
• supply vehicle and truck data at any time as well as their situation as to the obligation of data storage;
• extract data in order to present them to the control authorities.

The Visio-Truck solution is a complete and straightforward system for chart and smart card reading. The software allows a large number of operations on your data:

Tachograph Chart Reading: VISIO-TRUCK

The Visio-Truck solution accepts information stored on conventional charts which are read by a desktop scanner or a Scan 4 reading unit. The latter has been developed exclusively to read charts. It is able to analyze the information stored on the charts without geometrical deformation. The time tracking is precise and reliable.

Working Time Management

The Visio-Truck software solution has been developed to automatically calculate the total actually worked hours.

What is Working Time Management?

The working time management system registers the activities of all staff members

• drivers,
• administrative personnel,
• warehouse personnel,
• maintenance personnel.

The system calculates the 'prepay' packages taking into account absence, service and overtime hours, compensatory time off, travel expenses etc.

How are the drivers' activities recorded?

The Visio-Truck systems accepts information issued by:

• a conventional scanner,
• a  SCAN 4 reading unit,
• a microprocessor card (on-board systems, digital tachographs).

Is the violations report reliable?

The Visio-Truck system is a very efficient tool to track speed and service hours violations. Numerous control authorities have adopted this sytem.

What about Absence Time Management?

The calculation of 'prepay' packages is based on the registration of absence hours. Absence hours registration must take into account any kind of particular case. In this respect, the Visio-Truck software is by far the most comprehensive.
