Comprehensive Fuel Management System

Fleet management involves a permanent control of operating expenses, in particular fuel costs. Access to the fueling equipment and fueling purchases can be monitored and managed with our ORDIPUMP solution.

A personal card identifies the pump user. In order to have access to fuel, the user must enter his pincode, the odometer reading and vehicle identification code. Without all this information, the access to the pump will be denied.

Whenever a fueling equipment is being used, the system will register the following information:

• User identification
• Vehicle identification
• Vehicle odometer input
• Date and time
• Fuel quantity and type
• Pump Nr.

The data can be exported to the company's information system along various communication modes.

The standard version of the fuel management software can be used to restrict access to pumps. It also features numerous other functions:

• Fuel consumption calculation and monitoring;
• Calculation of tax exemption;
• Extracting fueling transactions on various criteria;
• Monitoring of external fueling transactions;
• Management of fuel stocks with runout alarm prompts;
• Fuel retail transactions with preinvoicing.
